ExWorks: Concord, NC, USA; The HYDROMER PRODUCT pursuant to this Agreement or Purchase Order shall be shipped EXW (Ex Works) Hydromer’s facility in Concord, North Carolina, USA. Upon written notice to the client that the HYDROMER PRODUCT(s) have been identified separately in Hydromer’s staging area (warehouse) and set aside for the client in Hydromer’s loading dock in Concord, NC, the order is ready for pick-up by the client or it’s designated Agent or Shipper who agree to accept both title and risk of loss and promptly pick up the Products. Failure to pick up HYDROMER PRODUCT(s) within 7 days after such notice shall result in storage fees charged to your account. No other writing or agreement presented to us by you shall vary these terms or this Agreement.
