An accomplished informaticist, Mr. Joese brings a unique blend of clinical and regulatory expertise to our organization. With a successful track record across healthcare and medical device sectors, his leadership has driven innovative and customer-focused solutions.
During his time at IBM’s Watson Health, Mr. Joese led a $30+ million Cardiovascular Imaging and Information System Solutions program, earning the prestigious Watson Health GM Award. His prior roles include Product Manager for GE Healthcare’s cardiovascular solutions and overseeing clinical trials at the University of Illinois Hospital funded by PCORI. He also managed Babylon’s Class IIb medical device, the Symptom Checker.
Most recently, Mr. Joese was with I3CGlobal Regulatory Consulting, where he led FDA and EU Medical Device Regulatory projects, including 510(k) and CE/MDR submissions.
